I leave in Florida, USA, and are planning with my husband to attend. However, we would like to know where (the address) in Quebec is going to be the congress. Also, the $1,023.50, is that the total for one or two persons, in one room?

I'm from the Philippines. How much do I need to go to this congress? Are there any traveling agency facilitating for foreigners like me? Thanks!
