Unfortunately, I was not aware of the alleged comments with regards to Dory Tan stating she would be seeing the Virgin Mary.
I have recently completed reading Wayne Weible's book on Medjugorie. This book sat on my bookshelf for over ten years. It had been given to me during a period of time when I was struggling with not only my faith but my reason for being.
This past February, I met an Anglican who had been to Medjugorie and he had all sorts of information on his wonderful trip to this special community. Wayne Weible was a Lutheran. From his visit, he wrote the book which I decided to finally pick up and read.
What it has provided me is information on Christians willing to come together to pray.
I truly believe that we, as Christians, should inform people of this spiritual sancturary located in the heart of Sudbury. From there, allow each and everyone to make up their own decision as to whether they wish to participate in fellowship with the planned activities being proposed for this site during the celebration of the 100th anniversary.
I know I will be present today, rain or shine, to walk the Way of the Cross and I have invited 6 other individuals to experience this event.
We will be present because God is calling us and if anyone else feels the call to prayer, please show up and let it be an individual prayer time shared with many.
