A Mass of Thanksgiving will be celebrated next week to recognize the ministry that Bishop Robert Harris has exercised in the diocese over the past four years.
Bishop Jean-Louis Plouffe invites all parishioners to attend a Mass of Thanksgiving and Farewell which will take place at Christ the King church in Sudbury on Thursday, May 24, 2007 beginning at 7:00 pm.
A reception will follow in the parish hall during which we will all have an opportunity to wish Bishop Harris well as he begins his new appointment as Bishop of Saint John, New Brunswick.

Hi Bob, Here's a voice out of the past. Blessings and Best Wishes as you prepare to lead the Diocese of St. John. I gave the retreat there in 1993 and the priests were so kind, so gentle, so loving. They will have a shepherd after their own hearts. May God's Spirit be with you each and every day. Malcolm Smith now living in Kelowna BC.
